Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery.
The defect or issue must be reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
We do not offer refunds.

Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
To request a return:

Include your order number, delivery date, and clear photos or videos showing the defect.

We will review your request within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address in India.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Approved returns must be shipped to our return facility in India.

We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
